style that is now his trademark – balloon dog on a lead with all sorts of
very funny gags that had the audience in fits of laughter, even before any
magic had been performed. Torn pieces of paper became restored to a full
size evening newspaper; a borrowed £5 note was destroyed yet found fully
restored inside an inflated balloon. A card prediction and the swallowing of
a fully inflated sausage balloon brought this most entertaining act to a
close that words in this review can not do justify to. The magic and
entertainment content of this different style of act was presented so
professionally that Philip works on a regular basis and on this performance
